For a client of ours – a successfully developing production company on a global level, we are looking for a senior and experienced management professional for the key role of:

Production Manager

Responsible for planning, allocating and controlling the resources and the operations in the production department

Planning the work load and the managing the whole production staff in order to meet the budget and the planned volume

Ensuring the respect of the existing and implementing new quality standards in the production area

Acting as Project Manager in case of technical projects need for enhancements or new site equipment

Liaising with various intercompany departments and being in charge of contracting with subcontractors and suppliers

Preparing regular operational and management reports

Your profile:
-    Proven track record on a similar position in a production field and excellent people management skills
-    In-depth knowledge of manufacturing processes and engineering disciplines
-    Technical/ Engineering academic background
-    Strong result-orientation/ international experience will be considered strong advantage
-    Fluent English, excellent verbal and written business correspondence skills
-    PC literacy
