Easy Consult took part in the labor exchange for people with disabilities, an event which was held in Sofia, Radisson hotel on 13th December 2011. The event was organized by the Bulgarian Association for Personal Alternativewith representatives fromthe Ministry of Social and Labor Policy.
Easy Consult as an intermediary between candidates and employers supported the initiative through carrying out job interviews with more than 40 candidates during the event, exploring their strengths and interests for further contact. As a follow-up Easy recruitment specialists consulted a candidate on how to improve his CV in order to get the desired job and also connected another candidate with a potential employer, willing to train and employ him.
“Bulgarian Association for Personal Alternative” is an organization in public benefit. The Association emerged as part of the project “Integration of people with disabilities in social life by providing them employment”, funded under the “Small schemes” from the World Bank. The project was initiated by a group of young people united by the idea to help the integration of people of unequal social status and promotegeneralhumanvalues.
